Away Day trips from Rodez
I haven't put any detail on the maps yet!
Scenic Route 1	This is 185 mile nearly "out & back" route. it takes in some stunning villages and towns but includes the run to Mauriac which the ToF's enjoyed so much last year!
Scenic Route 2	125 miles through some beautiful valleys and towns
Scenic Route 3	220 miles to Carcassonne and back - there's a Buffalo Grill in Carcassonne! It's the 2nd most visited city in france after Paris. It'll wear thin on me and Richard one day! Through Castres on the road Bob liked so much last year but back through Mazamet for the view
Scenic Route 4	Fast out to Millau - a very pretty town with parasailing (parapeinte) above the town - and down the Autoroute to Lac du Salagou and East to the Gorges de l'Herault. Then down to St Jean de Vedas (buffallo grill) and home.
I wouldn't do them in this order though!
